Returns & Refunds


Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchases, for any reason please follow the procedures below:


Returns Procedure: Simply contact us direct by email to with details of your order number and item(s) you wish to return before you send the item back to us, please also incude the reason why in your email. We will register the item(s) and provide you with a returns reference number together with a returns address to send your item(s).


Then, return them unused, in the original packaging together with ALL items such as charm (if included), care instructions, card etc…as detailed in the ‘returns procedure’ above, within 14 days. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. (Refund excludes postage and packaging).


If you have requested a replacement in your email we can ensure we reserve one for you in preparation. Once item is received at Darley Lovell we will e-mail you within 3 working days of receipt.


We will replace faulty items free of charge.


Returns – Sale Items
Please note items bought at sale price must be returned as detailed in the ‘returns procedure’ above, within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Please ensure you complete the Returns form that is sent with the item and return this in your package. (Refund excludes postage and packaging)


Returns – International
Simply return them as detailed in the ‘returns procedure’ above, unused in the original packaging together with ALL items such as charm, care instructions, card etc…within 22 days. Please indicate whether you would like a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. (Refund excludes postage and packaging).


International Customers - If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please put the word RETURNS clearly on the outside of the packet to avoid Customs Duties.


Please note that the customer is responsible for any return postage or carriage charges. The customer should obtain a proof of shipment for their records. Please make sure the goods are packaged securely, protecting the goods from damage while in transit and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend that you return the goods by registered post or get a proof of posting as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We are not liable for loss or damage to returned goods lost in transit.


Discounts will be taken into consideration on all refunds and on special offers such as 3 for 2, returns must include all qualifying items for a refund.


Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:


  • Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you
  • Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession.
  • If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
  • If you have selected an incorrect size.
  • No goods are sold to the customer on a sale or return basis. The customer has no right to reject or return the goods without the consent of Darley Lovell. If you return an item to Darley Lovell without our consent it is still your responsibility.


If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily provide either a replacement and/or refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.


Please note that earrings are excluded from our 14 day returns policy. Earrings, cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.


All refunds will be made within 28 days of the date of receipt of returned goods. We will only refund the original PayPal account and not refund any customs duties from International orders or original postage costs.
